Shipping policy
Orders placed online are processed from Monday to Friday AEST, with weekends and public holidays excluded. Production timelines are clearly outlined at the time of purchase and commence on the first business day following the order.
Upon processing, an automated email notification will be dispatched to you, containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
MADE TO ORDER
AUS | Final orders to be made before 9am on 20 November.
NZ | Final orders to be made before 9am on 13 November.
Australia | Allow 1-3 business days to receive deliveries once parcel has been shipped.
New Zealand | Allow 2-5 business days for metro areas to receive deliveries once parcel has been shipped.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. If you need your order earlier please reach out to customer service via email info@bokehdesignstudio.com and we will advise if we can meet your desired delivery date.
